Boris Johnson surprised absolutely nobody when he said he will stand as a Tory party leadership candidate today.

This was reported in The Express as an announcement of his plan to “replace Theresa May and deliver Brexit”.
Theresa May has announced that she will step down before Brexit negotiations continue but has yet to set a date, despite near-constant demands from the 1922 committee.
